We take down the property address and let the customer know we will review the home online using specialized tools. We'll call back within a few minutes.
We look at the home online to evaluate the property and prepare an estimate.
We call the customer back, provide the quote, and discuss available dates for service.
Once the customer approves the quote, we schedule the service.
We show up on the agreed date and prepare to begin the job.
